Additional microbiology expertise to boost Cherwell's customer support
We are pleased to welcome Andrew Ramage to Cherwell as Microbiology Product Specialist. Andrew's appointment demonstrates our ongoing commitment to providing excellent customer service and the highest quality products.
Andrew's role will involve providing customers of our Redipor® Prepared Media direct technical and applications support. As well as working with customers to ensure Cherwell offers the specific products required for the specialist applications, Andrew will also be maintaining and developing our understanding of regulatory and scientific advances.
You can read some of Andrew’s key learnings from Pharmig in his recently posted Pharmig 23rd Annual Conference blog, where he reviews some of the ‘hot topics’ and current regulatory requirements discussed.
Andrew adds to Cherwell's current industrial microbiology expertise. He will be joining forces with Quality Manager, Harshad Joshi, who started at Cherwell in August this year. Their combined industry experience, knowledge and technical expertise will help us to further strengthen the service we provide to customers.

What does triple wrap mean?
Not as obvious as it might sound. 3 layers of wrap between the agar plate and the outside world, of course, but Redipor can offer at least 3 different ways to achieve that with our standard product range.
We then have even more bespoke solutions to meet individual needs. Let us know how and where you want to remove the layers and we can find the best solution.
Do feel free to ask us anything, we're very happy to help. Just Ask Cherwell.
