Future change to enhance efficiency
We were delighted to receive encouraging feedback in a recent survey of our SAS customers:
85% of respondents rated the accuracy of our calibration reminder service 5 out of 5!
However, we are continually looking for ways to improve the way we work, to help further meet customer’s needs. We would like to share some of the areas that we are working on that will help us to enhance the service we can provide to customers.
We are currently working on installing service management software that will provide improvements in our SAS air sampler service and calibration resources. This integrated system will allow us to continue to provide the great levels of service we currently achieve, in a more efficient way. Once installed, the scheme will:
- Improve tracking of equipment status during service and calibration activities
- Provide easier access to service history
- Offer capabilities to improve customer communications
- Allow all information and communications to come directly from our workshop engineers
We are also in the process of implementing a product warranty registration for SAS air samplers. This will allow customers to register new SAS air samplers that were purchased from Cherwell, either by post or via an online registration form. This will ensure the correct details are set up in our system and allow us to pass on the two year manufacturer's warranty (conditions apply).
We will keep you informed of our progress and advise when changes are implemented. To make sure you receive updates directly to your inbox, you can add your details in our Newsletter Sign Up on this page.
March Pharmig Events
On the 2nd and 3rd of March Cherwell will be attending two conferences hosted by Pharmig.
The 2nd March conference concerns the Best Practices in Environmental Monitoring in Steriles and Non-Steriles, the 3rd March conference is the Latest Updates on Sporicides as Part of Your Transfer Process.
Each day focuses on those topics most relevant to that subject matter. The environmental monitoring day will focus on risk assessments, media incubation rationale, identification strategies and data integrity among other topics. The sporicide conference will look at bacterial spores and their dangers, sporicidal agents and their limitations, validation and best practice in the transfer disinfection process.
Our experts will be present to answer your questions about our products and their applications.
If you are unable to attend, keep an eye out for our March blog, where we will be covering key learnings from the events.
